Principles

CRM Field Guard accesses HubSpot in read-only mode and never modifies your records. You can revoke the authorisation at any time from HubSpot.

Your file is read and analysed in your browser. It is neither uploaded nor stored, and no measurement tool is present on this page.

HubSpot connection

The permission given in HubSpot covers read-only access to contacts, companies, deals and tickets, their properties and owners. If you connect your portal, we read, depending on your plan, your contacts (email, phone, owner, company, job title, lifecycle stage, first name, last name, create and last activity dates, record source), your companies (name, domain, owner, phone, industry, country, number of contacts, dates), your deals and/or tickets (name, amount, dates, owner, pipeline, stage or status, priority, number of contacts) and the definitions of your properties and pipelines, only to calculate scores. Records are processed in memory and then discarded: we keep no names, no emails and no field values. We store scores, counters, pseudonymised team members (“Team member A”), up to 50 HubSpot record numbers per issue (to give you a direct link to the record; the number contains none of the record’s data), on the Custom plan the names and labels of your properties, and the encrypted technical access (tokens). No data is sent to an AI provider.

Disconnecting erases the stored access; scores already calculated stay linked to your account, which can request their deletion at any time. You can also uninstall the app in HubSpot at any time. The technical access (tokens) is stored encrypted and is used only to read your portal for the analysis you start.

Your account

We keep the email address and company name you enter when you sign up, as well as your subscription status and the date of your declaration that you informed your teams. The platform manager sees the list of sign-ups (email, sign-up date, company, subscription status) in order to run the service and support you. On written request to the contact address below, we delete your account and this information.

Why we process this data

To perform the service you request (create your account, calculate your scores, manage your subscription), and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and in supporting you in using it.

Retention periods

Your account data and scores are kept as long as the account exists, then deleted on written request to delete the account (handled manually). The technical access to HubSpot is erased on disconnection. Billing documents are kept by our payment provider and by us for the statutory accounting retention period (10 years for accounting records).

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability, by writing to ilan.ij.fellous@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
