Terms of Use and Subscription
1. Publisher and legal notice

2. Purpose and audience
The service measures the data quality and adoption of a HubSpot CRM, from a CSV export analysed in your browser or from a read-only HubSpot connection. It is intended exclusively for business customers. The service is independent and is not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc.
3. Free access and subscription
The CSV audit is free for any confirmed account. After you create your account, the first analysis of your HubSpot portal (up to 3,000 contacts) is free. Later analyses (up to 20,000 records per analysis, on the objects of the chosen plan) require a monthly subscription, whose price is shown excluding tax on the Pricing page, depending on the plan and the number of users analysed. Applicable VAT or sales tax is added to the displayed price.
4. Payment, term and cancellation
The subscription is monthly, paid in advance with the payment method chosen through Stripe, and renews automatically each month. You can cancel it at any time from your workspace (“Manage my subscription”): cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. The period already started is not refunded, except for a billing error on our part, which will be refunded. If a payment fails, access to analyses may be suspended until it is resolved. Prices may change; any increase is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Right of withdrawal
As the service is reserved for business customers, the right of withdrawal provided for consumers does not apply.
6. Read-only access to HubSpot
You authorise the service to read certain data from your HubSpot portal (contacts, companies, deals, tickets and owners, as well as the definitions of properties and pipelines; only the objects your plan includes are read) in order to calculate scores. No modification, creation or deletion is made in your HubSpot. You may revoke access at any time from HubSpot or from your workspace. You declare that you have the right to give us this access and that you have informed your team of the per-owner activity analysis, which is a coaching indicator and not a performance review. This declaration is recorded once on your account with its date; it is not proof of the information actually given to your teams.
7. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the privacy policy.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and we endeavour to keep it available, without guaranteeing that it will be free of interruptions. It provides indicators for information only: you remain responsible for decisions taken on the basis of the scores. Our liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the amount paid over the last twelve months, and does not cover indirect damages (loss of data, revenue or customers).
9. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms; subscribed customers are notified by email at least 30 days before a change that is unfavourable to them takes effect, and may then cancel.
10. Governing law and disputes
French law applies. Failing an amicable settlement, the competent courts are those of the publisher’s registered office.
